The Pearl, located in the Oliver Neigbhourhood on Jasper Avenue at 120 Street, is Edmonton’s tallest residential condo tower. The 174 unit high rise sits on a commercial podium fronting on Jasper Avenue. At street level, the podium provides a human scale building form that contributes to an active pedestrian realm and provides quality public open space that connects Jasper Avenue to the Victoria Promenade. On-site amenities include a public garden, fitness centre and roof gardens. ParioPlan was responsible for community consultation, and preparing amendments to the Oliver Area Redevelopment Plan, drafting custom DC-2 zoning regulations and facilitating Council approval.
