This comprehensive redevelopment of a brownfield site in Edmonton’s Boyle Street/McCauley area will help to transform an underutilized area into a mixed-use high density urban village close to the Stadium LRT Station. The housing mix includes affordable housing and family-oriented units in two towers and two low-rise buildings. Key project features include active building frontages, outdoor amenity areas, and safe and inviting pedestrian spaces. Sustainable building practices were emphasized. ParioPlan was responsible for community consultation, amending the Boyle Street/McCauley Area Redevelopment Plan and facilitating Council approval.
